About

Age 65+. Senior discount: the annual combined beach and boat parking pass costs $70 plus tax, compared with $140 plus tax for the regular annual boat-and-beach pass. These rates took effect October 1, 2026. A separate senior annual beach-only pass is no longer sold. A six-month senior beach pass is $40 plus tax, compared with $60 plus tax regular. Beach parking includes Fort De Soto, Sand Key and Fred Howard Park Beach; boat coverage includes county park boat ramps and the three standalone ramps named by the county. Proof of age and vehicle state/tag details are required. Apply online, by phone (option 2), or at the administrative office. Card payments have a 2.9% processing fee; cash in person avoids that fee. No AARP membership is required. Source: https://pinellas.gov/annual-parking-permits — checked October 15, 2026.
